After you approve it and the chatbot is ready to deploy, we send the agreed plan’s monthly checkout link. The first payment is collected only when you complete that checkout; monthly renewals start from that date. Deployment follows successful payment. No setup fee. Usage and extra costs: AI usage is billed separately at provider cost. We agree a usage budget and spending limit before launch; increases require your approval. Phone calls, SMS, paid third-party apps, custom development and additional integrations are separate. A full CRM, website hosting and redesign are not included.

No. The service is designed for existing sites. WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and custom sites may support an embed, depending on plan permissions and any security restrictions. We verify compatibility first.
The standard setup can direct visitors to your existing booking page and capture requests. Live calendar booking, custom quotes, payments and dispatch require a separately scoped integration. Your team confirms appointments and job pricing.
